Agua Fresca y Cremosa de Fresa
Ingredientes:
2 1/2 libras de fresas, sin pedúnculo (reservar 1/2 libra)
3 tazas de agua
4 tazas de leche
1 lata (14.5 oz) de leche condensada azucarada
Hielo, para servir
Instrucciones:
Enjuaga y retira el pedúnculo de 2 libras de fresas. Pica y reserva la media libra restante para decorar.
En una licuadora, agrega 2 libras de fresas y 3 tazas de agua. Mezcla hasta obtener una consistencia suave. Vierte las fresas licuadas a través de un colador de malla fina y reserva.
En una jarra, combina la leche condensada, la leche, el puré de fresas licuadas y la media libra de fresas restante. Mezcla hasta que todo esté incorporado.
Refrigera durante 1-2 horas. Sirve sobre hielo y ¡disfruta!

Recipe
1 lb boneless turkey or pork chops, cut into bite size pieces
Paste
Minced garlic
Diced onion
Olive oil
Dan-O’s Cheesoning
Unsalted Butter
Parmesan Cheese
Flour
Directions
Blend all ingredients for paste and coat over turkey/pork bites. Marinate for 1 hour to overnight
Season flour with dan o’s and then cost all pieces in flour
Fry at 375 till golden brown
Melt 1 stick unsalted butter and Dan O’s together. Pour sauce over fried bites, and toss.
Grate Parmesan cheese over top
Serve and enjoy

2 1/2 lb. Strawberries, hulled (reserve 1/2 lb.)
3 c. Water
4 c. Milk
1 can (14.5 oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk
Ice, for serving
Instructions:
Rinse, and hull 2 pounds of strawberries. Dice, and reserve remaining half pound for garnish.
To blender, add 2 pounds of strawberries, and 3 cups of water. Blend until smooth. Pour blended strawberries through a wire mesh strainer, set aside.
To a pitcher, combine condensed milk, milk, blended strawberry purée and the remaining half pound of strawberries. Mix, until everything is incorporated.
Chill for 1-2 hours. Serve over ice, enjoy!
