NUT AND SEED BARKΒ 

INGREDIENTS ⁣ ⁣
β–ͺ️3 1/2 cups of mixed nuts ⁣
β–ͺ️1/4 cup pumpkin seeds⁣
β–ͺ️1/4 cup suflower seeds⁣
β–ͺ️1/4 cup sesame seeds ⁣
β–ͺ️1/3 cup maple syrup ⁣
β–ͺ️Chocolate chips (optional)⁣ ⁣

METHOD ⁣ ⁣
β–ͺ️Preheat oven to 160c⁣
β–ͺ️In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together⁣
β–ͺ️Pour into a prepared baking sheet⁣
β–ͺ️Press the mixture firmly down using the back of a spoon. ⁣ 
Bake for 20 minute⁣
β–ͺ️Let it cool completely before slicing (mixture will fall apart if sliced too soon)⁣

1 lechuga romana entera πŸ₯¬
1/3 tz de parmesano en trozos o molido πŸ§€
Aceite de oliva πŸ«’
Sal, pimienta y chile quebrado
Jugo de 1/2 limΓ³n amarillo πŸ‹

Corta la lechuga y mezcla con el resto de ingredientes (es el paso a paso mÑs fÑcil que he escrito 🀣)

AcompaΓ±e con pintas de filete de @alimentoskowi con sal y pimienta, no necesitan mΓ‘s!!

Cottage cheese is a great source of protein and contains probiotics, which are good bacteria that promote gut health. It is also high in casein protein, which is slow-digesting; helping to keep you feeling fuller for longer!

Β Every time we open our phone, there seems to be a new recipe with a cottage cheese base, and we definitely wanted to try this one. It is extremely simple and absolutely delicious! We have tried several keto wraps and most of them have been dense, flaky, or just totally falling apart and this was none of those!

Β What to do:

Start by preheating your oven to 360 degrees. In a food processor, put in your cottage cheese, egg, and any seasoning you may like (we just used salt) and blend until fully combined and smooth. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and spread your mixture (on the thinner side) into a rectangle. Sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning and pop in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

Β This can be used for lunch wraps, breakfast burritos and so much more. We can’t wait for you to try it!
