Cottage cheese is a great source of protein and contains probiotics, which are good bacteria that promote gut health. It is also high in casein protein, which is slow-digesting; helping to keep you feeling fuller for longer!

 Every time we open our phone, there seems to be a new recipe with a cottage cheese base, and we definitely wanted to try this one. It is extremely simple and absolutely delicious! We have tried several keto wraps and most of them have been dense, flaky, or just totally falling apart and this was none of those!

 What to do:

Start by preheating your oven to 360 degrees. In a food processor, put in your cottage cheese, egg, and any seasoning you may like (we just used salt) and blend until fully combined and smooth. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and spread your mixture (on the thinner side) into a rectangle. Sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning and pop in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

 This can be used for lunch wraps, breakfast burritos and so much more. We can’t wait for you to try it!
